22 Months Old!

This week was quite a challenge. Mama is taking a class for 2 weeks in the afternoons so our friend Allison is staying with Judah...she is adjusting, but it has been hard. The nights have been fussy and the mornings full of tiny anxiety from our sweet girl about "Mama work-in?" "Mama go?" "Mama back?" (as in is Mama coming back?) In the last month, Judah has developed the memory to remember things like how Mama and Daddy leave her every day. Also, Mama has had a lot of papers to write and reading to do which makes for a very tired mama...even so, fun has been had.
We introduced play-doh this week and Allison let Judah play with markers and crayons every day. Judah also got some sweet kitchen items from Mama and Daddy to help with the transition...and just for fun!

The new kitchen set! This thing is so cool. It may be nicer than what I have.

Judah used her teeth to put on the glove.

I asked her what she was cooking and she said "pasta-s" We shared some delicious "pasta-s"

Judah has her own cabinet for her kitchen things. She LOVES it!

Last year she was given these wood vegetables that velcro together so she can cut them apart and put them back together. She had me "do it!" once and then she "do it...self!" After that, she knew just what to do.

So she did it a lot!

Also, Uncle Chandler came to visit while in town for work. YEAH! We enjoyed dinner and some Wii together. Judah warmed up fast.

too shy to give dap or "pound it"

I just missed the shot!

Judah asked Chan to "wing!" (swing) and he did the best "wing" that Judah ever had.

Then they settled down for a good book

Play time with "Ass-on" (Allison). It is so good that Judah loves her!

We also had a play morning at our pool with friends. What fun!

Babies are: Judah, Abby, Zia, Logan and tiny baby Eva. Mamas are: Michelle, Cathy and Cajah

Michelle is Judah's favorite in the pool

Sweet, sweet girl!

So, we have special Q-tips to keep her ears clean and safe and Judah always wants to "do it" after Mama cleans her ears. She pretends to clean them and then likes to put it in her mouth. I told her she could NOT put the ends in her mouth and this was her response...

We ain't raisin' no dummy
PS do you see those ripped arms?!? She also has a tiny farmer tan cause she is like her Mama and tans through sunscreen (even the SPF 50 stuff from Gran!)

I can't believe that she'll be 2 soon! I'm so glad you've allowed us to watch her grow in pictures. We love you 3!

I think I say this everytime I comment, but Judah is beautiful!!! I love all of her cute dresses, too. It looks like she is a great source of fun and entertainment for you and Cody!!!
