Mama started back to school this week, which is another reason why it felt long. Judah started spending one afternoon a week with a friend--she did not get a nap, so that night was long too. One two-year molar came in at the end of last week and another is on its way through this week, so Judah's mouth hurts a lot...another reason it was a long week. Mama had a training on Saturday and is working today...yet another reason...still, we are ok and will continue to breathe the good air of life.
Judah received a kitchen from Breen and Pop as a Christmas gift this week...she LOVES it! More on that later. Judah's newest phrase is, "My do it my by self!" Sadly, when she first said it, she was crying and it cracked me up so that I had a hard time being compassionate with her. Such is life!
Judah gave "Melmo" a "piggy back ah ride on my neck!"
Judah got some pretty underpants from Breen and Pop to celebrate potty success! She wore them right away!
And just kept on wearing them!This week is focused around cooking and shopping...

Judah came and got Mama by the hand to go into the bathroom. She said, "My need ah med-sin! My have ah hurt! My mouff (mouth) hurt my mouff! My need ah med-sin right now!" while pointing frantically in her mouth where the molar is coming in.
"My drink it all gone!"
"My wike ah med-sin...taste ah berry!"
"My all done!" (notice the medicine by her nose)
"My wear ah Mama's belt! SEE?!?"

Family is the best treatment for sadness. Judah and parents visiting was the joy in the midst of great sadness. It's almost more than Pop can get his mind around.
What a blessing this sweet, sweet girl is to all of us.
Sorry to hear the sad news but glad that you got some family time.
We finally found some wooden veggies/fruit that Kami can cut. She got them today and she said "Judah!" It was pretty cute. We'd love to see you again ASAP!
