Happy Holidays!

Judah experienced her second Christmas this last week in Texas with Gran, Pop and a host of other family. Judah recognizes her family and shows her excitement over seeing and being with each of them. Judah was especially pleased to spend 11 days with her "PopPop" and "Nana"--sorry Gran, but that IS what she calls you...me too, from time to time. Tons of fun was had by all and many gifts were exchanged...you will see some of them below. Overall, Judah seemed to love Christmas--even though she needed a nap half way through gift opening. The whole day was overwhelming for our Sweet Judah. Even so, she is still the cutest and sweetest baby we have ever known. What a great gift we receive every Christmas from now on!

The Hufstedler Family...including Cole's bride-to-be Tiffany! Welcome to the family Aunt Tiffany--we just knew you would join our crazy band! Good luck!

Judah got to play with the horse Daddy had as a child...she mostly drug it around by the tail/handle. May any future men in her life beware!

Chrissy--aka child-biter--was very sweet to Judah. They exchanged kisses several times during the visit.

Judah with Gran and Pop...what a sweet sight!

exchanging back-rubs. I tried to get in on this, but Judah is so selfish that she would not rub my back! She is so immature!

Gran is the giver of cold, sweet, ice-creamy treats!

Judah likes to "help" Gran with the dishes

Kelsey shared her chocolate cone and her love. Judah appreciated both.

Gran arranged for several of us to go to the Gaylord (yes, that is the name) Texan for their ice sculpture Christmas thing...the real name escapes me. It was 9 degrees and we all wore these great pre-used gold parkas! Truly, though, it was amazing how the place was decorated completely in ice.

What a family photo...each one of us is seemingly in the wrong spot...

family photo--minus Pop because the guy who was going to take the picture didn't seem to understand cameras...what a boob!

See the lovely gold parkas!

Oh, Judah loves green beans. Really, she LOVES them!

Cody got a "The Ove Glove" for his and our safety.

Judah got a set of triplets--God forbid!

Judah found the Tupperware cabinet...she walked around to all the others, pointing and saying "no-no!"

Judah loves to rock!

Isn't she happy!

Notice the large bruise? Look again, seriously, right in the middle of her forehead, you can't miss it! The outfit is compliments of Aunt Kelsey and Uncle Chan.

Speaking of Kelsey and Chan...Judah LOVES them!

Judah got a puppy and kitten DVD that she watched with Gran and Pop while Mama and Daddy went on a date! Chrissy sure looks like an Ewok!

Judah says "Yeah!" for Steak-N-Shake!

She also says "Yeah!" for Mama's chocolate milkshake...which she took and would not give back and cried when Mama had a drink and which had to be thrown out at the airport, wasting chocolately goodness, because Judah couldn't handle sharing with Mama, who was, after all, the rightful owner of the milkshake...it was a hard moment for us both!

We brought Cody's ricking chair home for Judah...she spent lots of time in it today

She also spent a while in Mama's suitcase...SMILE!

So, she likes broccoli after all!

Judah also got a giraffe tent from Gran and Pop for Christmas! She was scared, then timid, then overwhelmed by this large animal. She kept telling it, "no-no!" like she said to the dogs at the Huf's house. What a great hollow, spotty dog! No poops!

Cody wants to rig her a bed in this thing...we could zip her in and she would keep all night...is that illegal?
Judah loves you (even you, Lori, who watches without commenting!)
Happy Holidays to all and to all a good night!

Looks like y'all had a fun Christmas in Texas! I say this everytime, but Judah is absolutely beautiful! Her personality really shows through in the pictures! Also, we went to the "Ice" thing at the Gaylord last Christmas. Isn't it amazing???

What a fantastic visit. I don't have the words to express the feelings we get from your visits.

What a sweet, sweet girl
