So, as she gets bigger and older, she is learning a lot. This week, she has learned to sit (sometimes) with no hands. She also learned to open her mouth to receive a spoonful of rice cereal rather than cramming her tongue out of her mouth so hard that she could never receive more than a flaky grain. She is no longer content to sit in my lap while I eat. Now, she wants to help...help with my cup so that the drink goes down my neck...help with my fork so the marinara splatters all over my arm...help with my napkin so that it becomes two or three or four smaller napkins, you know, stuff like that. What a sweet helper!

This is the first time she ever fell asleep on the floor...it was a good nap.
She also fell asleep on my shoulder immediately after eating. What an angel face. What an angel baby girl!
Daddy helps with eating...say "aaahhhh", "bite?"

She seems to love feeling independent sitting without help--even though she stil tries to come get us while she is sitting.
She learned to play with toys while sitting alone...that is a big deal!

And...sometimes she falls over. Oops!

She's just soooo adorable. I was just remembering the other day when we predicted that you would have a girl and we would have a boy. How right we were!
